Creative April Workshops
Creative Clay : Handmade Chicken From Clay
Come hand build a one of a kind chicken from the simplest of pottery techniques.
This is the perfect workshop for newbies to clay, anyone can wing it! Basic pinching, coiling,
slab and decorative techniques will be taught and then you will float away and get lost in clay. PAC has lots of beautiful glaze colors on hand to paint our projects during this workshop as well. Chicken will stay at the PAC for 7 - 10 days for drying and firing. We will let you know the pick up dates and times. Let’s make it a party…Feeling peckish? Bring a dish to share and your drink of choice and we will mix and mingle and nibble along our clay journey. A complimentary glass of wine will be served as well.
Friday | April 28th | 6:30 - 8:30PM. Doors open at 6:00PM for mix and mingle. Clay workshop begins at 6:30PM. $30 everything included. A portion of workshop fees benefit the Manatee County Agricultural Museum and their community programs.
