Barre-lates is a fusion of ballet, Pilates and yoga. It is a workout that builds strength and balance in both the mind and body. Barre-lates is designed to elongate muscles, lift seats, flatten abs and chisel the upper body. Clients rely on their own body weight for resistance as well as use light weights and barre balls for various exercises while keeping balance in their execution. Tiny muscles – often overlooked – are called into action in smaller, moderate and full ranges of motion to work the muscles to their peek abilites.
