Mixed Level: Bring your eager spirit. LaRae Brownewell and Sharon Thomas offer a mixed level Yoga class with modifications so we can all be successful working on strength, flexibility, cardio-conditioning, and balance. Classes run for one beautiful hour.

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin Yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia  networks of the body - rather than the muscles. Energetically, Yin Yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of breath into the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin Yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits. Benefits of a regular Yin Yoga practice: Increases circulation and improves flexibility + calms and balances the mind and body +  reduces stress and anxiety + encourages deeper relaxation + improves joint mobility

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fantastic exercise program that burns calories and gets you moving! No dance experience is necessary, but having fun is a requirement! All PAC instructors are certified and licensed to teach Zumba and they will show you all the moves. Wear sneakers, bring your water bottle.  All fitness levels welcome.

BREATH + BODY

Get the most from the life by learning techniques of strength and flexibility training that you can use anytime, anywhere. Each class will take you through proper posture, form and motion to get the most from your training time. This body-changing workout is now offered in the evenings, because working people want to be strong and look great too!

PILATES

Each Pilates class will work to balance all  muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging  the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe  method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every  day movements. Pilates develops the body uniformly, corrects incorrect posture, restores your physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.

BARRE-LATES

Barre-lates  is a fusion of ballet, Pilates and yoga. It is a workout that builds  strength and balance in both the mind and body. Barre-lates is designed  to elongate muscles, lift seats, flatten abs and chisel the upper body.

Workshops

PILATES CIRCUIT | Pilates Circuit is a series of 12 workout stations using 12 different pieces of Pilates equipment.  Including the reformer, chair, barrel, spine corrector, TRX, and BOSU.  We will go through the circuit three times for a great full body workout.  Saturday October 26th. 11:00AM -12:15PM | $20. Reservations required.

AERIAL YOGA  | Yoga asanas or poses are practiced in, around and supported by a fabric hammock similar to the ones you might see an acrobat dance in at the circus.  Using the hammock one can experience unique inversions, wonderful opening support in some pose, and some new challenges in others.  Private workshops can be booked for groups eight to twelve or view current schedule below.
