Health + Wellness Classes



Bring your eager spirit. LaRae Brownewell and Sharon Thomas offer a mixed level Yoga class with modifications so we can all be successful working on strength, flexibility, cardio-conditioning, and balance. Classes run for one beautiful hour. 

Saturdays | 9:15-10:15AM with LaRae Brownewell

Tuesdays | 4:30 - 5:30PM with Sharon Thomas 

Wednesdays | 9:15-10:15AM with LaRae Brownewell

Zumba is a fantastic exercise program that burns calories and gets you moving! No dance experience is necessary, but having fun is a requirement! All PAC instructors are certified and licensed to teach Zumba and they will show you all the moves. Wear sneakers, bring your water bottle.  All fitness levels welcome

Get the most from the life by learning techniques of strength and flexibility training that you can use anytime, anywhere. Each class will take you through proper posture, form and motion to get the most from your training time. This body-changing workout is now offered in the evenings, because working people want to be strong and look great too!

Each Pilates class will work to balance all  muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging  the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe  method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every  day movements. Pilates develops the body uniformly, corrects incorrect posture, restores your physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.

Barre-lates  is a fusion of ballet, Pilates and yoga. It is a workout that builds  strength and balance in both the mind and body. Barre-lates is designed  to elongate muscles, lift seats, flatten abs and chisel the upper body.

Nia is about enjoying being present in the body and moving to your own individual intensity level and in your body’s way. A dynamic blend of dance arts, martial arts and healing arts, Nia is a path to condition, heal and express yourself through movement and sensation. Nia is more easily experienced than described. Movement variations offered for different levels of fitness. No prior dance experience needed. Come Nia!
